Nia classes are being held at heart and soul on Tuesday mornings at 9:15am and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.

Nia uses an eclectic blend of music; every step is in harmony with the rhythm & mechanics of the body.  All Nia movements can be personalized for any age, body type, and level of fitness.  You are guided by the "pleasure principle", allowing you to experience & find your own comfort level.  Each 1 hour class incorporates a moderate level of cardiovascular activity, muscle toning, flexibility, & balance.

Nia is an agreeable mind-body experience that will improve your health...and it's fun!

Belly Dancing Thursday at 8:30 PM starts July 2nd!

Quote of the Month:

An idealist believes the short run doesn't count. A cynic believes the long run doesn't matter. A realist believes that what is done or left undone in the short run determines the long run. ~ Sydney J. Harris
